Underhood Service Tech Profile: Tom Palermo
Tom Palermo was recently named the 2011 Best Tech of the Year recipient, a program sponsored by WIX Filters to recognize the skills and professionalism of today’s automotive technicians. Tom is the son of NAFA Philadelphia member Joe Palermo and has worked for over 20 years as an automotive technician in the family-run Preferred Automotive Specialists.
